Boading, China: Yingli Green Energy Italia to Supply Modules to Tecno Spot. Yingli Green Energy Italia Srl has signed a PV module sales agreement with Tecno Spot. Under the terms of the sales agreement, Tecno Spot will purchase approximately 6 MW PV modules from Yingli Green Energy Italia through the end of 2010.

San Francisco, CA, USA: Recurrent Energy and BlueWatt to Co-operate in France. Recurrent Energy, an independent power producer and developer of solar power projects, today announced a joint development agreement with BlueWatt, a French solar power systems developer, to finance, build, and operate solar photovoltaic power plants on rooftops of industrial, commercial and logistics buildings across France.

SunPower Corporation today announced that Etrion Corporation, an independent solar power producer, has signed a euro 48 million definitive sale and purchase agreement to acquire the equity in the first two phases of the Montalto di Castro solar photovoltaic power park.

Rome, Italy: Enel Green Power, Sharp and STMicroelectronics Start Work on Thin Film Factory. Today, Enel Green Power, Sharp and STMicroelectronics have signed a binding letter of commitment for a project financing agreement for 150 million euros for the development of what will be Italy's biggest photovoltaic panel factory.

Hamburg, Germany: Conergy Constructs Two PV Systems in Italy. Conergy Italy has further success with two more solar parks in Apulia. A total of 7,000 Conergy PowerPlus modules have been installed on Conergy SolarLinea mounting systems in the two parks in Parabita and Nardo.
